New Professorships at D-BAUG

Upon application of the President of ETH Zurich, Professor Ralph Eichler, at its meeting of 26/27 September 2012 the ETH Board appointed Dr Max Maurer (*1966), currently Head of Department at Eawag, as Full Professor of Urban Water Systems. We welcome him at our Institute.
Max Maurer has made a name for himself as a pioneer in sustainable urban water management. His current field of interest is the engineering potential of innovative approaches to urban water management and innovative management and planning procedures in water infrastructure.
