Department Executive Committee

The Department Executive Committee (DL) consists of the head of department, his deputy and the delegate.

The head of department bears overall responsibility for the Department. He is supported by the two members of the DL on various matters.

The Head of Department leads and represents the Department on external matters. Among other things, he is responsible for the following areas: strategy/planning, finances, professorships (planning, mentoring, appointments, personnel matters), teaching (together with the Directors of Studies), personnel (promotions, permanent positions) premises, communication, quality assurance/reporting (evaluations, teaching assessments).
